Swim the English Channel<\/strong><\/h3>\n

On the 27th of July 2022, Lee Spencer will begin the Triathlon of Great Britain by swimming the Channel. The clock will start as he enters the water to begin the swim in Dover which will be under the rules of and adjudicated by the Channel Swimming Association.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Cycle from Lands End to John O\u2019Groats<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Lee will then get to Lands End as quickly as possible to start the Cycling phase . Lee will Cycle the length of Great Britain from Lands End to John O\u2019Groats stopping to climb Snowden the highest mountain in Wales and Scafell Pike the highest mountain in England.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Marathon over Ben Nevis<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Lee will then begin by far the most challenging phase of the Triathlon of Great Britain, the running phase. Although Lee cannot run due to a severely damaged left knee, he will undertake a marathon on foot starting at Fort William in the Highlands and going over Ben Nevis the Highest mountain in Great Britain and finishing at the Commando Memorial in Spean Bridge, where the clock will stop.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
